Silverstone Capital Partners is a private equity and advisory firm, with its first fund focusing on the UK and European real estate development sector, investing across the capital structure from senior debt to corporate equity.

We search and examine unique investment opportunities and invest directly and indirectly taking both equity and debt positions, focusing on a combination of high returns and low risk, with additional security over property or land.

The investment approach combines a comprehensive valuation of the underlying property assets with a detailed analysis of the debt structure in order to identify investments, offering attractive yields and robust downside protection.
